Sitting on Nic's lap is Hunoa ......how could I ever explain how hard and difficult the whole journey is of getting him to Australia ......thousands of dollars and countless visa's and immeasurable heartache for all and it seems that they are no closer......but what we do have is Faith we don't know when but we do know that he will come.

Riko's prayer

Riko is a dog.... Tonight Anthony who is 5 wanted his dog to say the Family prayer Nic tried to dissuade him...but tears from him softened her....so this is what happened......he whispered into Riko's ear....you like playing with Hector (which is our dog) then Anthony would say loudly "I like playing with Hector" then a whisper again into his ear you like going for a walk...then loudly "I like going for walks" oh how wonderful and so delightfully funny...I truly can see Heavenly Father smiling

Mother's Day 2013

What a wonderful way to start the day Raisin Loaf toast a beautiful carD and a box of Chocolates for me in bed from my Darling...now I know that was an effort as he is the sleeper in ..... in our Family...so appreciated his effort....
Went to Church which too was wonderful...then went and visited Tony's Mother who is 94...great visit also with Ron being there....who was taking Nanna out for Lunch as she didn't want to be eating with all those Old people there.( which she is probably the oldest and mind sharpest )
We came home to what we thought was going to be a progressive dinner...started with a candle lit pumpkin Soup meal at Bec's, she said now I won't give you to much as you will probably get to full as you go along to the others......we played snakes and ladders which was on a towel ,Lacey wins apparently she always does...I came last.....which was fine with me.....we left there to go to Naomi's next door...Tony says as we walked out "Hope we get sweets here" as Naomi is the Queen of sweets in our Family......we went outside and watched little Patch and Manly run around the trampoline so adorable.... here is this little 14 month old running around the edge of the Tramp and looking the cutest ever...he then came and gave me every ball he could find from the yard ...which was many....Manly is ever kind to Patch and mindful of not bumping into him on the trampoline...Loved the wonderful necklace that Manly made for his Mother.....we thought it sure doesn't smell like lunch here....eventually Naomi says have you eaten?
we said well we had entree and Bec's...so she made us a slice of Raisin bread each.....then massaged my feet ...Now that was a treat.
We then went to Nic's house...we thought hmmm not sure that the meal thing got around to all the girls so we were not really expecting much in the sustenance department..hahaha
Well Nic made us a milkshake with Spinach that actually tasted very nice....I was given several presents told to pick one and ended up with both as I loved them both so much.I had a little battle with convincing that the gifts were for me as it was Anthony's third Birthday as well and he thought of course that all gifts that day were for him !!!!!.the little ones gave me special paintings....sometimes I wonder if Nic gets these from what the kids make at School and are now passed onto me !!!! hahaha...... we made a game of getting to know me better that was fun.
Vanessa came around with the kids and Maya had bought a special shopping list note pad...just love it.
Had phone calls from Katie....(she is taking me out for lunch today before they leave this Wednesday Night)
Oh my gosh I have certainly felt so very sad about that as they are hoping to stay in Canada for good..... But it is an adventure that will be wonderful for them...so I am pleased about that.....and I have been blessed to have had them close by all this time.
Spoke to Jack, Leo and Jord...had a huge cuddle from Luke and spoke to Brendon on the phone.
Oh by the way when we came home after visiting the girls...We were still hungry and Tony made me TOASTED RAISIN BREAD !!!!!

Our Family Easter

Each Good Friday our whole Family get together for a day of fun...it is a little like Amazing Race.....I look forward to it so much...we provide the Lunch on the day..... this year we should have 17 Grandchildren one sadly missing.....13 adults 1 adult missing... and four guests....Saturday Evenings we go out for Dinner just the adults...entree here dinner at Chatters and sweets at Vanessa and Brendon's   so hopefully I will get some photo's...usually I don't get many as I am having to much fun to think about a Camera.

Patchy Boy was born on the 28th February in U.S.A. so actually he is a Leap Year Baby because here in Aussie land it was the 29th Feb 2012 So Happy Birthday for Tomorrow xxx

Our little darling is one today..he is THE most delightful little man ever as you can see..when I look at him I feel like I'm looking at Our Naomi as a little baby. He like her have their adorable ways

He had a party last night of about two hundred Jack told me that he had  hired a fenced in Hall told the Police of the Party and hired Security Guards...very wise .....Jord is very popular and is well known for His Ice Hockey...we weren't invited and I'm really glad about that....we would not have fitted in and it really is perfectly ok by us...wise decision

We went to see the Show that is on three times a day everyday except Christmas Day, my heart swelled when he proudly comes riding in on the Horse and then gives a little speech and  shows anyone that wants to how to milk a cow...now the day that the girls and I went Katie, Jack and Families went before but the day we went it was packed there was not a spare seat ....I guess it will be different now that School has gone back ..But most that were there were not from this Country..

Judo Lessons from Papa

Some of the littelies soon lost attention.....to be expected.... Secretly Tony just loved teaching them.

During the School Holidays Tony taught the kids...how to fall and not hurt themselves and a whole lot of other things...he must have fallen back 20 odd times....I'm thinking hey Tone your 65 not 35...but he never got hurt he just knows how to do it after years of practice.... 

His Mantra to them was practice, practice and practice.

Thats our Bec he is throwing...no she didn't get hurt as her Dad had showed her how to land.. hmmm wonder if he could that to me !!!

MANLY

Yesterday was his first day at Kindy and today he has had to have some teeth pulled out...but all is well the little darling...   the teeth pulling was organised many a month ago

Took the girls to Noble Falls

I wondered how different it would be when I took the girls out to the same place I took the boys just a few days earlier.....I was surprised...not much except the noise level in the car they all want to talk at once and a bit of ohh thats not fair !!! she talked first the last time..as I played a game of Guess What Favourite colour, food etc each one has.....They loved catching Tadpoles and actually did better then the boys...only because they found a pond that was drying up and wanted to save the eventual death of these little tadpoles/fish or whatever they are and put them in larger pools of water...not sure that the boys even thought of the little fish's plight...Pene was our Photographer and loved it...it's such a beautiful spot out here and we and one other family were the only ones there...actually they offered the girls an icypole which was so very kind as it was a really hot day....It was such a good day...I'de have to say it is one of my favourite spots....Cannot beat Nature oh I've gone purple wonder what I've done ..oh well
