Was a shake with loads of Spinach a banana and some Vanilla shake sachet......yumm!!!
No really it was nice.

Even Though

I really felt unwell yesterday...Tony and I watched 4 Sessions of Conference...I felt so encouraged and uplifted....How truly blessed we are......we have the most amazing people as our Leaders. Thank You Heavenly Father for another most amazing Conference. Proud to Be a Mormon.

No Not over yet !!!

I just could hardly believe it...I was down with this rotten thing all day yesterday....oh my gosh I have never had anything like this...... it was a most miserable day spent in bed hardly being able to move without pain...all I can say is that I have more good days then bad ...so eventually it will all be good days....

Even the pebbles on the bathroom floor are exceptional if you know what I mean.....He is adorable.... so very cute the little darling and truly with magic Yoda power........I had some questions from Naomi what do you mean PEBBLES it's a car....I can see that now ....I thought I was being funny...it kinda went with the hair !!!!!

When a tiny pot!

Becomes a sandpit.....and the culprit....... Rocky is his name...... I do miss him, he stayed with us for a week ..... cheeky little thing.
Hope he has gone to a good home.....I believe he has.
